crikix Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the crikix website, mobile interface, and any related services operated under the crikix brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or redeeming a promotional offer — you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms, along with crikix's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference herein.

crikix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, crikix will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent on-site notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version published on this page is always the current operative version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Use of the crikix Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. crikix operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and actively prevented.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a crikix employee in a role that involves access to non-public operational or odds-setting information.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from crikix or had your account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.

crikix reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, at withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account restriction until verification is completed.

To access the full functionality of crikix — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a single personal account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account security:

• One account per person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on crikix. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Accurate information. You must provide true, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Login credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. crikix will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify crikix immediately if you suspect your account credentials have been compromised.
• Account activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account while logged in with your credentials. crikix cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• KYC verification. crikix may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawal requests or in response to unusual account activity. Required documents may include proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified will be restricted from withdrawals until the process is completed.

crikix uses 128-bit SSL encryption on all pages and transactions. However, the security of your account also depends on the measures you take to protect your own device and login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available and using a unique, strong password for your crikix account.

crikix supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh. The current accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no set maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your crikix account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• USDT deposits are processed on-chain. Credit times depend on network congestion but are typically completed within 30 minutes of sufficient network confirmations.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. crikix does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed by crikix within 24 hours under standard conditions, subject to completion of any required KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• crikix reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal of any amount, at its sole discretion.
• Funds deposited via a bonus or promotional credit may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested. Refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the crikix Platform:

• Sufficient funds. A bet or game round may only be placed when the player's account holds sufficient cleared funds to cover the full stake. crikix does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.
• Bet confirmation. A bet is not considered accepted until crikix's system has confirmed the transaction and issued a bet reference number. Network errors or disconnections occurring before confirmation mean the bet has not been placed.
• Odds and outcomes. Sports betting odds are offered at the prices available at the time of bet placement. In-play odds may change rapidly; the odds accepted at placement are the odds that apply to any resulting payout. Casino and slots outcomes are determined by certified random number generators from our software providers and cannot be influenced by crikix or by players.
• Void bets. crikix reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or affected by a technical error. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full.
• Error correction. In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including obviously incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or a system malfunction — crikix reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake. Winnings paid out due to a manifest error must be returned to crikix.
• Maximum payout. crikix applies a maximum single-event payout limit. The current maximum payout per bet settlement event is ৳20,00,000 (BDT twenty lakh) unless otherwise specified in sport-specific or game-specific rules.

Game-specific rules for individual casino titles, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports are governed by the rules of the respective software providers. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and game-specific provider rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game category.

crikix offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on crikix deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Expiry. All bonuses have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be met. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time. Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit any existing active bonus before claiming a new one, unless specifically permitted by the promotion terms.
• Game contribution. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse prevention. crikix reserves the right to refuse, void, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other activity that crikix deems in bad faith. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at crikix's sole discretion.
• Modification and withdrawal. crikix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions that adversely affect players will be communicated with reasonable notice where possible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crikix Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and money laundering. Using the crikix Platform to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or conduct any activity that violates anti-money-laundering legislation is prohibited. crikix cooperates with financial crime authorities and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Use of automated tools. Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner is prohibited. This includes screen-scrapers, odds-harvesting bots, and auto-click tools.
• Collusion. Coordinating with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other competitive formats, or engaging in chip-dumping is prohibited.
• Exploitation of errors. Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings is prohibited. Players who identify such errors are obligated to report them to [email protected] immediately rather than exploit them.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to crikix without first contacting crikix support to resolve the dispute is prohibited. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be immediately suspended.
• Multiple accounts. Operating more than one crikix account for any purpose — including circumventing a suspension, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or any other reason — is prohibited.
• Misrepresentation. Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or impersonating another person in connection with a crikix account is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

crikix reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where crikix has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The player is under 18 years of age;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited activities;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated against a crikix transaction;
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to crikix.

Where an account is closed by crikix for reasons other than a Terms breach, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and wagered funds (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Player-initiated closure: You may request voluntary closure of your crikix account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be honoured in the normal course, provided KYC requirements are met.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their access to the crikix Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted from deposits, betting, and access to promotional offers.
